What is the cost of living free?

1. As liberated children of God, we MUST discover and faithfully live the life God has assigned to us!

       Personal Reflection

  1. As you read Titus 3:1-11 and reflect on what is happening all around you, what are your observations? Is God showing you truths that you have missed?
  2. What is the state of your soul right now? Pick a few adjectives to describe what is going on with you.

       Group Discussion

  1. Has 2020-21 been a hard or soft reset for you? Did you track with the idea of seeing your own life as needing powering off or restarting once in a while?
  2. Look at Hebrews 12:10-11 again. Respond to the phrase “Pain in the present can yield fruit in the future.” Positive and negative examples of this abound…which come to mind?
  3. How is this season a huge gift? Have you been thinking of all the great ways that God is going to use the difficulty we’ve all been facing? Share some of your finding or share with your group how you are stuck.
  4. There is a cost to living free. Which of the 3 mentioned feel most costly to you? What is gained by paying the price to live free?
  5. Review all the passages on this page. Be intentional about RESTING in all the promises, work and gifts from God. Be diligent to STRIVE at all we are enabled and commanded to do.
