Questions for the Community
Personal Reflection
1. Many Christians have a bias against parts of the O.T. (due to the message or confusing nature of the genre). Were any of your biases challenged on Sunday? Bring these to God and ask him to show Himself to you through our study in Micah.
Group Discussion
2. In a season where “Justice” seems to be on the minds and lips of everyone, what has been most clear to you? what has been most confusing?
3. Has your sense of Justice and Goodness changed recently? Why has it and what are the forces at work changing you?
4. Review who Micah was and where he was from. What does this say to you? Do you find encouragement for your calling?
5. Consider the witness of Jesus regarding how the whole of the O.T. is about him. Commit to keeping Him central to your understanding of Micah’s message.

6. Ask God to fill you with the truth. Pray his grace in your life to be able to see the sin that you are blind to AND for the willingness to confess it AND for the faith to trust it is cleansed and forgiven in Jesus.
7. Consider reading all of Micah this week. Get a sense of the overall message for yourself before we jump in next week on chpt.
